Are you or your spouse a snorer?

I can honestly say I'm not a snorer on daily basis BUT I do snore if I am exhausted. So to give an approximation I snore maybe 4-5 a year I guess :) My husband is not a snorer per say ...but he snores from time to time; but for a short time and not loud either.

Nope both of us dont have such problem. And if always advise people to go doctor to check the problem. I heard recently there are breathing strips which you can stick on nose that enables to deep well.

I used to snore on a daily basis but after is started to sleep in a different position i stop snoring as much.
