Do you take antibiotics without prescriptions?

Its always easy to buy antibiotics,i available in different drugstores,and you can purchase even without any prescription from doctors.
But in some cases taking antibiotic is not well tolerated unless specified and under doctors prescriptions,antibiotics may cause adverse reaction in some people if taken them without prescription from expert.And some people is not advisable to take antibiotic in some circumstances, pregnant,minors and have history of some disease.
Antibiotic is helpful in some case but its also harmful if taking them without doctors advise..
How about you, are taking antibiotics without any prescription from your doctor?

Dude don't take antibiotics if you guys don't have a really good idea about pharmacology. Not only the side or adverse effects we need to consider, but the antigen's(foreign bodies eg. bacterias,viruses) resistance might be boosted due to improper use of antibiotics. I strongly suggest that you should do consultations to experts before taking any.

In my country antibiotics can't be bought without a prescription and also the prescription has to be less than a week old. I have studied microbiology and pharmacy and I can tell you that the consequences of taking antibiotics without a prescription are really severe. You can damage your natural population of bacteria in your colon and elsewhere. If you're not a doctor then you have no business diagnosing yourself and buying an antibiotic for yourself because you could actually be sick because of a virus, which antibiotics don't cure and you're only making your condition worse. I would never take antibiotics without a prescription because I don't want to mess up my whole body.

I sometimes do take antibiotics with out anyt prescription. But since it's poison ir not really a recommendation to do so. Make sure that your body really in need of anti bacterial madecine before you take any.

No, not at all. I really hate any pill. If i have to take them, prescribed, it is normally a hell of a fight, as i just throw them down the drain. I have to take immune tablets, for one month, once a year, and those things are just awfull. TATA.

Antibiotics make me sick. They upset my stomach. I don't like taking them even when a doctor gives them to me. Unfortunately I've been getting very ill to the point of needing antibiotics a lot lately. The problem is my body and the infection are building a tolerance to the antibiotics and we don't know what to do now. I can't get antibiotics here without a prescription and I guess that's best as they can be dangerous. But sometimes when I KNOW it's this same infection again, I wish I could just get antibiotics and then see the doctor. Because sometimes I can't get to a doctor right away like earlier this week. I had to to the hospital to get my antibiotics and it ended up costing me a lot of money.
