Time is Gold... In your own perceptions what does it mean to you?

hi there! time is being compared to gold, as gold is expensive. time is expensive may have several meanings. time is very important that is it is expensive and waisting it is like wasting your wealth. in so many aspects, we may apply this one. like always being in time when you are going in an appointment. you should not only consider your time but other's time as well. so always be in time whether in work, occasions, dates, etc. as time is important we must cherish every seconds of our life as we can not bring this back again. so enjoy the time of our lives....

Every minute, every second is a life lost. What happens in your life is very significant. It means that don't waste you're time and make the most out it. Making the most out of it doesn't mean you do what ever you want. It means that we do good things. Doing good to others and taking time to help those who are in need. Remember you can never go back to the past, and fix what you lost. All you do is move forward and make it a very productive one.

Time is Gold, meaning time is important, time is expensive,if you waste time you will not have it back. When you are doing something or planning to do it something, when you assign a certain time to it, do it as if you just let it go away, the result might be not as you expect it is. There are many changes happen in the second, you have to do what you plan. You have to take action now or else some problems will intervene you and you will not be successful in achieving something. When you think of tomorrow, you don't know if you are here tomorrow. God made tomorrow, but there is different things tomorrow brings, Act now.

Hello Cloud, Im same as you, always rushing around, wanting to do everything now and then I get so stressed out and so tired by the end of the day. So lately, Im starting to slack off a little and I try to take it easy. Well Im not sure why, but since this change of heart, it seems I do have more time on my hands now and I manage to get it all done!!! Yes time is gold, yes time is important, but so is our health. No, we dont know what tomorrow will bring, but we have to be happy we'll be around to see tomorrow, our friends and family....the stuff can wait. God bless you too.

You can pawn it? kidding!! ofcourse it is gold, so precious that we should not waste it. Yah, we do sometimes, but afterwards, we tend to realized that and do it right. Right? It is gold, so value it, like the real Element GOLD, if not used properly, without noticing it, you are in scarcity.

You couln't have said it better. I have always had to fight myself becasue of my great ability to put things off until tomorrow. As a wife, mother, and boss, I sometimes feel overloaded and use that as an excuse to put things off until another day. This is especially true when if comes to doctor's appointments, car repairs, and errands. But in reality, putting things off is more stressful than just doing them in the first place. From another stand point, time is so special when it comes to family and loved ones. Recently, my husband has started working more and more out of town and it has made us both realize how much we take our time together forgranted. We should make time for the people we love or we will usually be sorry.

if i know i have to do something i make sure i do it ahead of time. i am not a procrastinator. yes, do what you have to do in that day, because we don't know what tomorrow may bring. take it one day at a time which is easy to say hard to do. i worry so i better take my own advice and take today's problems only....

We have the same definition of the saying, "Time is Gold." I guess I could also interpret is as: make the most out of life, opportunities pass by, and we should grab it unless we might end up regretting not doing the things we should have. It applies not just to work, but to everything in life. You know, grabbing the opportunity to: tell someone you love them, working on an idea you have in your head, etc. before you lose the opportunity to do them all.

Well I too like to complete my tasks on time. However, sometimes just have a more relaxed approach if the situation is so or if the things are impacting my health.

Yes that what it means for me! Do what you can do today, do not wait for the sun shining.If there's a luck, a fortune which is to be given and acted today grab it now. If anyone knows here about that might you will not be offered for this item. In work if you are directly hired hold tightly and work for it. Dont wait that someone grab it to you before responding the request . So opportunity knocks once that means gold cannot be be seen all the time. Its hard to dig and we must toil patiently just to get gold from the ground. Lastly time cannot be back again,these good times today will not be the same tomorrow.

You have to keep up. Whether daily or by the minute. Time has so many perceptions, you can really play around with it. But whatever you do, do not waste your own time. TATA.

I think time is valuable and of course it's relative. I want to use my time the way I want it so I don't have much regrets. Time sure flies...

Time is gold has two senses for me: - In the "money way": it means that when we use our time to do something we could earn some money from it, like when we are at a start of a method and we try to set up things quickly to not lost time and earn quick money. Here money=gold. - In the "love way", it means that time we lost when we don't pass it with family/friends or others persons we like, is very precious, cause if they will die, we'll regret to not profit time with them and this persons are so precious that they could be like gold for us... Here love=gold. For me i prefer the second mean, very beautiful neh? ^^

well i think time wasted is equal to money wasted.So i think time is really important to us to manage our time.If we don't utilize our time well ,then we would be left far behind and world would move ahead.One think in life doesn't comes back ,is the wasted time so we should utilize it well.

IMHO, I think time is worth much more than gold, because no amount of gold can buy time. Now that I'm in my mid 30s, I have begun to really appreciate the value of time, which, when much younger, I didn't and simply squander time away. Knowing that life is transient, I am trying my very best now to live my life fully, and I have placed top priorities on both my family and my own self-enrichment. Life and time - they are both very precious to me.

...in my own opinion.. time is really important not only for the things you have to accomplish..it's more important in having relationship to GOD, for the salvation of your family as well as your own.Time is Gold,spend it wisely, and spend more time to your love ones and family,,,because you will never know when it will stop..

yeah2 i am totally agree with what did you said! for me the quotes that i keep telling myself is "an hour might buy an inch on gold, but and inch of gold cannot buy the time back"... it's not too different though. but i will do it for me. but sometimes that didn't work. haha just sometimes. not always XP

yups, totally agreed with... because time is sword, when you not used it on right place time would be kill you, but if placed well time is gold

for me saying time is gold is real.the time we spent everyday was so precious,every second all what you do are using time.and if you work and luck of time.you want to finish it right?so time is very expensive.
