Do you exercise?

What is your favorite kind of exercise? Running, sports, tai bo, pilates, yoga, dance, kickbox or something else?
I want to learn kickboxing and tai bo.

Walking is probably my favorite. Unfortunately, I don't know how to swim (how sad is that, I know!)

I go to Curves 3c a week. I would also like to learn tai chi.

I tried to go to Curves, but it wasn't really for me. I guess I didn't feel like I was getting a workout but I also like having a personal trainer. What is tai chi?

i love to jog. i have tried tai bo but if you stop you will gain weight. pilates is good i tried it also, dance, yes, kickboxing i have not tried it though some steps/ in taibo is similar to kickboxing.

My favorite is Dancing, Tae Bo, Pilates, Walking and Yoga. I've been walking for exercise for many years. This has enabled me to be able to walk miles if needed. I also like to dance for exercise... belly dancing, hula, hip hop, salsa, and strip dancing. Pilates is my favorite of them all... it really gets my muscles going!

Yes, I do ususlly exercise. I don't have any particular regular exercise because all forms of physical exercise are generated from one purpose - to stay physically fit. So, I do which ever one I feel like doing at that particular moment.

My sister is the queen of taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and parking as far away from the door of a place as possible (in the parking lot). She says these little things add up.

I have a pilates dvd at home, but i have yet to use it... does anyone know if it really works?

yes i do excercise as much as possible
usually during the weekdays i try to find at least a minumum of thirty minutes to excercise and on weekends i try to find at least a minumum of one hour to excercise
i love walking and running and swimming - those are my favourite excercises
