that is also one of my questions. i use pc suite. and i can see my folders ( i use folders alwo for my messages. one for each sender )
but the version of pc suite that my niece is using cannot see the folder. although we have the same pc suite version, i think it is in the phone unit? he is using the E series, and i am just using the 7310 supernova.

i use 7.1.40.1
but .. there's a big but.. my phone crashed yesterday. i was making a backup of the phone 2 days ago. the one in the phone, not in the pc and it crashed!
now my last back up with the pc was june 2009
and i am now using contents saved from that date. but the folders iin my pc suite were lost. so i think its with the phone model.

is you ever used a Nokia PC suite, If not then download from nokia website install a latest version of nokia PC suit after that connect your mobile with data cable. Your whole phone data like msg , phone no. images will come in nokia PC suite. & ther is option of save your file in taxt file.iF YOU WILL FOLLOW THIS STEP DEFINATLY YOU WILL GOT YOUR WHOL DATA.
another option is is sim reader, sim reader is also work like card reader card reader read phone card data & sim reader read only sim data in text.
have nice day

Hello there! Well, you can make a backup of your messages on your memory card without connecting it to a computer. First, go to messaging then, press options then settings then other, you will see the option labeled as 'memory in use' then select memory card when you have it inserted. You will be asked if you want to copy the messages of phone memory to the memory card, select 'yes' then it will take time loading if you have lots of messages. My answer on another discussion that you had posted, it is true that when you have many messages stored in phone memory, it will slow down so it's better to save them on memory card. If you have questions, just post it here. Have a nice day!
