Paypal to alertpay money transfer

Does anyone here knows how to make money transfer from paypal to alertpay? I have signed up in an investment site that does not transact with paypal but do transact with alertpay so I need to transfer some money from paypal to increase my investment. Please teach me how to do that and if in case you are interested in the site I was talking about, PM me.. Thanks!
