It is true that they are scam...I myself tried them and when reached $1,000 the minimum payout...I was turned down...Never received the payment...Beware of them!

of course it's a scam! $10 per e-mail? That's scam! No legit sites will pay that much.. Payout $1000? You should be aware for a site that offer big rate and big payout... You can always googling about that site before joining :)
