I often do it and so does my son, nail biting is a common stress-relieving habit.People do it when they are stressed or exited or even bored. Nail biting is the most common of nervous habits. Some people suck their thumbs, pick their nose, do hair twisting, tooth-grinding or pick their skin. I do try not to bite mine often, I don't like to see my nails all bitten and I usually hide my hands.

People have all sort of nervous habits, my niece bites the skin on her hands and fingers. And one of my kids actually bites his lip to the point where it bleeds, I had to stop him playing computer games cause of this bad habit, it's better now he doesn't play on the computer so much.

Hey,
Cool. Its a good thing that u dont let yr kid play some very deadly computer games available these days. They are not safe and kids and contains things which they shouldnt see or do.
Smart choice

Hey,

If iam nervous I usually tap my leg. I dont know but thats what i do.
