have you ever done bargaining while doing your shopping?

i always look at the place where i shop. If it is possible, then i will bargain the price. But in mall or department store, no matter how you bargain for the price, you will not get any discount unless there really is discount. thus, in department store, you will look like a dump when you are trying to bargain for the price =D

When I went to Italy I bargained quite a bit. I also bargain when at the flea market. But, most stores around here have a set price and bargaining just doesn't happen.
