So India failed to avoid the innings defeat- even though it was a slender margin of 6 runs. The middle order did look vulnerable at the start of the first test with two debutants. The choice of Wriddhiman Saha was a surprise. The gamble just did not work. A proven allrounder in his place would have been in order to lend stability to the batting line-up. Sad, but not the end of the dream run I sincerely hope!
