Hi mylotters, are you a spender or a saver? Me, I can tell that I am a saver. I think so many times before buying an item even I want it so much. I know first my priorities. If I already budgeted my money then that's the time I can spend a little bit of my savings.

Well, it's good for you. I think it's better to be a saver than a spender. I was a saver. I don't buy many things and i think so much before I buy something. But now, somehow I become a spender. I don't save as much as I was before, and I think I should start to stop this habit, but it's still difficult for me. I don't think as much as I was before when I want to buy things. I know my priorities, but I couldn't stop myself to buy other things. Maybe I should start to save some money now before I start buying things... :)

I think that i'm the real spender. I never can save my money. Each time, i plan to save my money, the passion to spend is bigger, bigger and bigger. And i'm a bad spender, i never know where my money goes. This is always happening in the end of the month, when i check my money, i always got a big surprise, my money is gone from my account. I spend my money mostly for eat many great food, because i love to eat. Maybe when i'm eating, i eat my money with my food too. Thats why some of my money is gone. Happy my lotting ^^

I used to not care at all about saving versus spending. But now, I always try to get the most for my money when I do buy something. There are a few things that I don't really mind spending money on, mainly things that my husband wants. I always make sure our house & bills are paid before he can get anything.

I save a lot of my money. I am someone who does not care for spending a lot of money. Once I am forced to buy something, I look around for the best deals possible. Cut every corner I can in the spending department. That way, I can just save money. Therefore, if there is something that comes up for whatever reason, then the money is there. I do treat myself to something once and a while but for the most part, I save my money.

I think I am both. I like to spend money but before I do that, I make sure I have saved a certain amount of money bigger than what I am going to spend. Me and my husband love to eat out and we are actually budgeting our money but there's always something for what we will be buying a few days later. Its not much, its not a big amount and we still live within the budget. And we avoid debts too.

Before I am a spender because when I received my salary I do buy new bags , shoes and dress without even budgeting the money, so if I needed money on more important things, I don't have any money. But until now since 2006, I think I am little bit of saver. I am more responsible to pay the bills first before myself, but I have nothing to save because the salary i received is not enough. I finally realized that I am a saver when I play the cashflow game. that was fun, i learned about my real personality and I how I hold on to the little money I have. The only thing that I can do save money from investment is when I exit the rat race.

I'm pretty much of a spender..I have a tough time resisting cool gadgets that i find at a very affordable price. There are times that when i have money i tend to think about of how to spend it than how to save it. Its a very bad habit hopefully I'll get over it someday

I'm definitely a saver. I can walk around stores all day and pick things up but by the time I leave the store I put them back and leave empty-handed. Its a very stressful time for me as I am a college student and I am only allowed to work 20 hrs a week at minimum wage. That barely pays bills so I have to watch what I buy at the grocery store where I don't skimp out. So, even savers have trouble sometimes but I am able to lean on my savings account at times so I will survive!

I'm exactly like you. I'm a saver. I buy only what I really need. I also use coupons as much as possible. If I need something I will look for the lowest price that I can get it. I'm not working now so its very important to watch what I spend.

Hi Health,
I am both a spender and a saver. I work so hard to earn money that i can spend for my family and myself. of course, i always make it a point to save before spending my money. right after receiving my salary and my husband's salary...i do my best to make a budget so that i will be happy saving some of it and will not feel guilty spending the rest.

I myself am a saver
I have always been quite good when it comes down to money, and find it easy to put it aside for a "rainy day". I like saving money because it is nice to know it is always there for when you really need it

I am a saver in a way, before buying anything I want I will always think how to satisfy myself with least moeny.
To consume beyond what I can afford is not what I want.
