I've a friend she is very lucky, every she go to party or discussions she will get the lucky draw minimal 2nd and 1st prize.

The only time I've won anything was a giveaway on a blog once. I got a pearl bracelet. Other than that, I have never won a prize in my life. I'd say your friend is very lucky indeed.
