Has Anyone Ever Heard of MAXShare MATRIX?

Well i was just referred to a site called MAXShare Matrix. The way it works is that you get paid $2 for your first 3 referrals and your downline goes 15 levels deep. You get paid 0.25 for every indirect referral (people that your referrals have referred) so you just get referrals and hope your referrals get referrals. The good thing is that it is only a $6 lifetime premium membership, but the bad thing is they don't payout to paypal accounts so i had to make me an alertpay So what i ask is...is this to good to be true? and have you heard of this site before?
