Hi DreamWarrior, welcome to Mylot! First of all you should start by reading carefully the FAQs in order not to mess up with the rules. Then I would reccomend you start with responding some of the daily top discussions until you feel confident enough to start your own discussions. Finally, you should look into your interests and make friends with people that write interesting stuff (interesting in your own opinion, of course). I hope you enjoy mylot, and start writing!!

The big great links for all newbie it's the FAQ Guidelines. Good luck mate! Tak e your time to read informations, it's very practive, they give all informations about discussions and earning program! You earn by being active on MYlot by uploading photos, posting discussions and replying to others members's discussions.

I to wonder how the pay system works. I made some postings and waited for the earnings time to tick over but when it did I still have no earnings :( I am hoping its just a bug and I will get some earnings soon.

Welcome to the community. The interesting thing about the pay system is, none of up really know the details about it. It's somewhat of a secret. The FAQS are a good way to get yourself acclimated to what's allowed and what isn't. Just starting and replying to different topics is another way to get a head start as well.

Well, when I was new here I only get to comment on the discussions. Later on I started having my own discussions though I am not very good at it yet. Just continue making discussions and making comments. Later on you will find out you are not actually doing it for the money but you will discover you are doing it for something better than that. And that I think, is sharing something about yourself.
