Do you get enough sleep?

I am not working in a call center nor still a student, but I don't sleep as much as I do when computers are not yet considered a necessity in every household. Now, I rarely go to sleep early until I can't anymore understand my eyes are reading in the monitor of my computer. Doctors say that we should have at least 8 hours of sleep to keep us healthy.

I think a lot of people get this when using a computer. When you sit at a computer you really don't use much energy. This means you don't get tired as fast and when you try to get to sleep you are still to awake to sleep. Another reason is sitting at a computer can be very fun and easy so you don't want to leave and go to sleep. A good idea is going for a run every day, I did this and it keeps you fit and sleeping properly.

hey , i also didnt get full sleep....becoze of aprox 8 hours of college and then other work of college...i sleep around 12 and wake up at 6....but u can do exercise 4 15-20 min to keep up body healthy
