Anyone looking to add a friend on Mylot?

I am looking for friends that would like to carry conversations in discussions that they start as well as the discussions that I start. I know there has to be others beside me that gets frustrated when they reply to a discussion and then hear anything or you are the only reply or if you start a discussion and nobody replies. I will reply as much as I can when I am on to at least 1 discussion a day if not more while I am online. I check to see which discussions my friends started a lot because I know they appreciate when he get replies.

I will post three discussion every day and respond to all the responds i got. Yet, there can be only some topics that my friend post, that i can respond to. It's not the matter that i do not want to respond. I will always respond but of course i need to know and interested in the topic. If the discussion is just asking bout the agree or disagree and why.. most possibly, i won't respond.

Yeah, if it is a one or two word response for me then I will not reply to a friends discussion but I do my best to respond to all of my friends discussions and then if I am able to do that I will start replying to others who have started topics for the day.

Sounds fair to me. If you have friends on your list that are not responding to your discussions and you are replying to theirs then I don't see why they should get upset when you have not replied to theirs. But you also have to think that not everyone on your friends list may have the experience or knowledge to reply to every discussion you have started. I will not reply to every discussion a friend starts just because I may not understand the discussion or may not know the answer so I skip that discussion.

You are already on my list. I could delete you and start again and send a new request I guess 
When I start discussions I comment to all of the responses, some of them later than others depending on the time that I have. I am on and off all day most days from home and from work and often get 'stuck' on one particular disussion where the banter is taking place. I love it when that happens! 
If there were less discussions started and more Lotters concentrated on those already posted it would be a lot more fun all round!

I agree with you on the total number of discussions started. That is why I set myself to start no more and no less than 2 discussions per day. This way it gives others the chance to start discussions that have a chance of having many responses. I enjoy carrying on a discussion with the users and as long as the individual is will to comment back and forth I could really get involved in someones discussion.

I was just going thru posts that friends have made and have noticed that a lot of my friends would rather reply to others discussions and not start their own as much. I think if the posters who start their own discussions actually respond to those that respond to them would actually be impressed with all the benefits that would come their way with the increase in posting on the discussion they have started.

Hwllo WiseReptiles me too am mostly dependent on my friends for responses to my discussions as well as to reply to other dscussions.Well till now am having plenty of friend here at mylot, but think half of them have been inactive on mylot.So am still trying to reach out to make friendship with the remaining mylotters.Even i like to provide some guidance on mylot as well as get some experienced advise from them.Anyways keep on looking for new friends and also don't forget our old time friends.Happy mylotting.

I will remember all of all my Mylot friends. I have been checking since I have been up and am waiting for a friend to start a discussion so I can possibly reply to their discussion if I have an answer to give or at least a good comment.

I understand completely. There is some things I will never respond on as well that someone may post because I just have no idea on the answer and I would just be guessing and hope I got the answer right.
