Mitsubishi eclipse GSX

i own a MMC Eclipse GSX, i have heard that these car break down alot, i´m working on finnishing mine, up to date it´s just a project. What do you recomend? some guy wanted to change into a Civic VTi. or should i finnish this car and be alot more happy with the 4wd turbo power?
