Is inboxdollars.com a scam?

I know your going to tell me this is not a scam and I didn't think so my self as I have been paid 3 times by them. But just read what I have to say. Ok so I cashed out of inboxdollars and if your a member you know they only pay out by check. Well I got my check at the end of last month I went to cash it and no one will cash it I have always cashed my checks at walmart with no problem. Well when I went there they printed me out a slip with a number to call to see why they wouldnt take my check so I called the number and they told me that there is something wrong with CotterWeb Enterprises, inc (the people who run Inboxdollars and snapdollars.)So now I am thinking after all this time they could really be a scam now. I really upsets me, what do you think? I have sent an email to both inboxdollars and CotterWeb They have yet to get back to me lets see if they do what they have to say. Inboxdollars no longer lets users (well me at least) send them a message. So I signed out and sent them a message.

i have cashed out a few times with them and my bank is the same way they will not cash the check, but they did allow me to deposit the check and i have not had any problems with them. it always went through a couple days later without any problems.
i believe because of all the scams out there companies are being extra careful.
good luck with getting it straightened out be interested to know how you make out since i never had any problems with their checks before.
i think i am about 10.00 from my next cashout with them, but that could take awhile to get to unless i do an offer.

Odd.
I have not recieved payout in awhile so I shall see in a few days after I cash out what happens. I am less than $1 to payout and 3 weeks to get the check usually. Hope I can still deposit it and it clears from my bank.

Well I never try to cash my checks, but I never had a problem depositing the checks I earned from them. So the money has been good for me, never got any grief about them.
Sorry you aren't having any luck! Did you just try depositing them into a bank account?

Hi there,
I'm close to cashing out my profit so I will post my experience in a few.
I don't know why would they bother sending you a check if they were turning out to be a scam, most likely they would not send you anything instead.
Could it be that Wal Mart changed their policies on check cashing?
I've taken mine directly to the bank, deposit it to my account with no hassle.

my bank gave me a little trouble...they looked up something and said it was linked to identity fraud. but they wouldn't cash it, so i deposited it, and risked a $25 fee if it bounced. it's all good though. i did my research before signing up for sendearnings/inboxdollars. they're good people. it's real money.

I don't know particularly about that sites. I am a member in that sites but it is useless if you are not residing in the US because most of the survey is for US residence only...I don't get any of that sites because of that particular things they set...

I have been a member for almost a year now and I still have never made any payout. I am close, but may quit after that. I am tired of not making any money on there. I can not afford to do any of their offers that require money. I am trying to make money so I can save it. I have so many home improvements that I need to get done that I want to be able to do these things without putting in on a credit card. I hope things work out for you. Can you open a bank account? The bank should be able to tell you if the check is legit or not.

Be aware for extra cash online or making money online. so we didn't blinded by money. Perhaps today they send your first earning, 2nd but next day they don't pay you again. So before you joining in a website. just for a moment, take a deep breath, think about it, searching review site.

I also am near patout so will see what transpires.
I always cashed mine at my bank without problems.
The comapny is based near me as well.
I may run over and chat with them about this after I reach payout if I can't cash the check.

Well that's really weird. Have you tried cashing it at a Checks Cashing place? I've always been able to cash my checks. If it turns out that it is a scam I'll be so dissapointed because that's a really good site along with Sendearnings as well. I wish you the best and I hope that you can cash out the check. That last time I received my check was a few months ago but I was able to cash it. Good luck.

I'm not sure. There's a possibility the problem could be with Wal-Mart and not with the site. I think that Wal-Mart has some pretty strange rules about cashing checks. In fact, I don't know anyone else who cashes checks a Wal-Mart. It's mostly more secure to catch them in the bank. Before deciding whether or not inbox dollars is a scam, I would try to cash my check at the bank. If the bank doesn't take it, then there's a problem. But I wouldn't go into any judgment before then.

I am actually not a member of that site. I am so sorry to hear your experience... I think that is really irritating and such a waste of time. Imagine you waited for the arrival of check, then went to walmart for nothing... You dont only wasted your time but your energy as well... It was really inconvinience...
Well, I still hope that they are not turning into scam, and there were just errors on somethings. I hope too that they will get back on you and discuss the matter with you as soon as possible StaciLyn1988.
I am sure those mylotters who are also a member of that site and are near the cashout would be wanting to hear an update from you. I suggest you make another discussion regarding this whatever the outcome would be. Scam or not at least we all know.

I don't want them to become a scam! I wanted to join this sites because there were a lot of reviews about them paying for their members. Luckily I stumbled unto this discussions and I don't want to sign in up yet. Please do update what is the current status on your account. Thank you for this discussion. It save me a lot of time and effort.

If you find out anything else about this please let me know. I have cashed out and I am awaiting the arrival of my check which is to be processed March 01. If there is a problem I really don't want to even bother with it. You said they stated there was a problem with Inboxdollars and Snapdollars. Did they say what kind of problem?
Would like to hear more about this.

All I can say is I hope they are not a scam since this time I when I cash out it will be the highest I have had with them. I have not had any problems with them in the past, but I also know from doing other online projects that a program can start out good, even run good for a few years but they can also eventually run into problems and even disappear without a trace. I really like Inbox Dollars and hope the glitch, whatever it may be, is only temporary.
