yagasini, what is your system? I assume you are using Windows, which version? Do you regularly scan with an AV and/or anti-spyware? How much RAM is on your computer? Exactly, what are the problems you are having and what are you doing when trouble happens? Does it freeze? Do you get error messages? It is very hard to diagnose a problem with no details or specs.
What does this technician do when 'repairing' your system. It must be a temporary fix, if you have to keep taking your computer to the technician.

yagasini, if you have never scanned your computer for viruses, than as Wismay stated in the response following this one, your system is undoubtedly infected. Unfortunately, CCleaner or any other kind of registry cleaner will not help a virus-ridden system. You probably have malware buried deep within your system's folders and hidden folders.
Unfortunately, it does sound like a clean install is the only remedy -- reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling the OS. (Hopefully you have all your important files backed up, since it will be back to square 1.) Get an expert to do this for you if you do not feel comfortable doing it yourself.
I am going to reiterate what Wismay said about the importance of having an AV and regularly scanning for viruses. I can't stress the importance of this to prevent the failure of a computer system.

One other important thing I forgot to mention. It is crucial to keep up with all Windows updates. If you do end up re-installing XP, go to the Microsoft Updates site and make sure you get your system current.

Sounds like a pretty bad virus but.. could be system instability?
