What do you think of color therapy? Do you practice it. If you do would you advise it for others?

It is PROVEN that colors make certain feelings to come on surface. It is proven also that it really matters what colors you will paint your house rooms. For instance, a yellow painted room is more appropriate for a kid or for a play room, by the time yellow makes you being active.
I am pretty sure that a color therapy will work..but of course this depends on the person's level of depression or whatever his/her problem is.

Good example. That is why I wanted to know as I want to paint my house. I don't want to go overboard and cause color/feeling confusion. I have a 10 year old that has ADHD. And a 5 year old who is generally happy and outgoing. So I wanted to find a good color for each of them.
