Do You Like Chow Min?

I really love to eat chow-min and my mom specially used to cook for me. I think its the Thia food but now-a-day it is famous in India also. So do you like to eat chow-min.

Chow-min or fried noodles are among the common foods you find in Asia, so you can find it also in China,Indonesia and India which have slightly different taste due to people having different taste buds. I like the Hokkien mee which is noodles fried in black sauce with vegetables and some pork.It can taste a bit bitter if the person can't control the amount of seasoning properly.
