If you could do ONE thing to Promote Peace, what would it be?

Hmmm...OK...although I must say that (in my humble opinion) I think religion has played a very important role in the past. I believe humankind NEEDS some form of connection to the forces at work which have made it possible for us to even BE here. That said, I also think that religion can become ineffective, over time. Religion is the "structure" for people to worship and revere the concept of God (whether called that or something else). As humans evolve and learn more truths, I suspect we might (someday) actually do away with religion as we now know it. Since religions are often 'ruined' by some with ill intentions and motives, perhaps humans will ultimately learn to seek the Truth for themselves; and learn to behave according to the altruistic sentiments and philosophies of the Universe itself...(err, that is, of the Creator?).
