When shopping at major stores it is not a personal experience. It can be an obstacle to find one specific item. With the massive crowds in their irrated moods and seemingly unhappy employees, shopping becomes an inconvenience. This is not an issue in local stores. The employees appear happy, the crowds upbeat and shopping is quick, easy, and fun. Would rather shop in a locally owned store or a major chain?
