Good Hockey Night for Canes!!

Well, it was Ruutu's bobblehead night last night and we won! I can't stand Florida so this really pleased me. After watching that game I turned to watch Vancouver. Luongo had a crappy night. Can't wait to read his tweet on Twitter today. I follow him! Sorry about the loss Bounce. Detroit game was on Versus and since I have DirecTV I don't have Versus. Anyway, saw the score. Sorry Jewels. Looks like Detroit fought hard! On to the next game right? Anyway, Just glad my team has a lot of pride and is not going down in total flames here at the end of the season. :) PS. I picked up my stick that I won yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to see that they put 2 tickets in there for the Pittsburgh game 3/11. It's on the lower level too!!! Hockey is good!!

Thanks for the sympathy canes and congrats on another good one for your guys. My guys are so tired they look haggard. Would be great if we could rest over the olympic break but we have 8 guys going, so that isn't going to help any. Franzen looked strong last night and did get an assist. Tickets too..very classy..hope you ae cloe enough to salute a certain penguin for me..he's the tall immature one..wears a C on his sweater.

For the last three , no four games I have done the same thing . I start the game and the other team scores and I change the channel. Tonight it took 30 some seconds and I was off. I thought I don';t want to see the game I may jinx them but I should do what I did the last three times!

Hi M. I'm really glad that the canes have a lot of pride and playing loose. And they have something to show for it by winning games. Although it puts them out of the draft sweepstakes, it is still fun to watch! Yup, another crappy night for Bobby Lou! Or was it just a great night for Niittymaki? So yes, on to the next game. Game 6 of this 8-game pre-Olympic monster road trip. How come I don't win things like that? And tickets to boot!? Maybe I should enter some contests.

long road games and extreme time changes are hard to begin with and your guys have the one from h e double hockey sticks!! Sorry about the loss bounce, but you're still good. We need to do better than one point at a time.

And seeing Ruuuu get the ENG at the end.. fitting since it was his bobblehead night. We Caniacs are an excitable bunch. Beating FLA and having the announcement about our opening games in Finland against the Wild AND a Finlander's bobblehead night..WOOOOOO... NOw we just have to get by those evil slugs from Western NY on Thursday and the Devils on saturday before the Olympic break.
