I was 14 years old when i started dating.But it was just going to the park or playing sports.I had my first seriosu boyfriend at 16 years old.I took him to the prom also.

I think in the UK it is a bit diffrent you dont just go out dating you are basically shy and at school and ask someone out lol. i think my first girlfriend i was 8 we went out for a year and my second i was 12 for about 6 months and this is my 3rd and we have been together 5 years, we also have 3 beautiful kids.

Well, this depends on who you ask! My mom would tell you I was 17 hehe, whereas I would tell you it was when I was 14. She wouldn't let me do anything growing up! Always trying to "keep me from getting in trouble"! hehe Anyways, my first date was to the movies with a guy named andy. I remember getting all dressed up in my favorite dress. We held hands the whole time! It was so cute. Then he let me wear his leather jacket when we left so I wouldn't be to cold. It was sweet.

I was about 14 when I would go on the skating bus with a boy, but to date date, or car date I was 16. My folks were pretty strick about that.

I was twelve when I started to date. Does playing and being with someone you like a date? Well for me I considered it a date. I knew the first day that I liked that person. I had also my first kiss at that age. It was funny because to tell you the truth I really saw stars and almost fainted. Have a nice day!

I dont know exactly how old i was, i wasnt allowed to go out on dates. I think the first actual movie date i went on was 15.

I think the answer to this qusetion will be dependent on the country, environment and society in which we grow... In My country (South India), especially in my place dating is not so common....
So I have not dated yet.. may be I will with my husband once I get married :)
