I always though that death setence is morally wrong and that people who execute those prisonners are like killers as well. On top of that, it gives the opportunity to the people who commit crimes to change themselves for the better.....So yeah ..I though that death penalty is wrong until yesterday.
I read an article about an article about the murder of a japanese girl called 'Junko Furuta'. There were 4 young teenagers who tortured and raped this school girl for 44 days. They locked her in a house and even the parents knew about this but were afraid to report to the oplice because the teenagers were realted to yakuzas. I am not going to put any details here because it is disturbing. The authoroty has put them into jail but I think it isn't enough.I was soo disturbed by this that I am wondering why we are giving human rights to brutes. I believe that if all of the proof are show and are 100% true, we should excute them.
So what's your opinion when it comes to death setence? Should it be applied to people who commit serious crimes?
