Deadliest Catch Captain Phil Harris Died

I was terribly sad to hear that Phil Harris, the captain of the Cornelia Marie, died yesterday. He was one of my favorite captains and I will miss him when the new season starts. My heart goes out to his family.

I know. I had great hope that he would recover from his stroke when they were telling people he was responding to family members in the hospital. He was my favorite captain on the show. They were taping when he had his stroke on the docks, so I imagine they got all that footage, not to mention the footage of the reaction of the other captains as they heard the news.
