Good day! to all of my friends! I usually wake up and reminds of what I dream last night but suddenly not all my dreams I can remember even though I'm trying to remember it why I can't?... when I read a piece of article it says that when we are sleeping there are many dreams where we dream of so it seems like when .you wake up some of you're dreams can't be remember because they are too many.

Sometimes I can remember then other times I can't. I've heard that when you wake up if you just lay there and think about it you might be able to recall your dreams. A lot of the time I'll wake up in the middle of the night from a weird dream and then fall back asleep and then when I re wake up in the morning I can't remember the dream I just remember waking up. The mind is a funny thing!

Hi kengene, If you want to remember your dreams there is a way to do it. Before going to sleep place some paper and a pen on a night stand near your bed where you can reach it as soon as you awake. Spend a few minutes telling yourself that you will remember your dreams and think about this as you go to sleep. You may have to do this a few nights before you begin to remember your dreams but after a while you will remember them regularly. Whenever you awake during the night, write down your dreams immediately because if you fall back to sleep you will forget it. Blessings.

I remember the dreams most in which I have felt emotions...good, bad or ugly. When I remember a dream, really remember it, I find myself thinking of it all day.

Sometimes I remember my dreams, and sometimes I don't remember anything at all. When I was younger I had a dream journal and if I remembered my dreams I wrote them down when I woke up. It was pretty interesting to read my dreams after a while, and I know that I would have forgotten most of them if I hadn't written them down in my notebook. Sometimes I was able to see a pattern in my dreams, and I had many dreams about the same topic. I have thought about starting a new dream journal, it could be interesting to see if I still dream about the same topic.

Yes, my friend. I can remember most of my dreams whether it is pleasant or unpleasant. For example I can mention of a dream which I saw during my teenhood that I was flying without any wings. Isn't that exciting? Have sweet dreams.

Sometimes I remember my dreams but mostly I don't. I don't have many nightmares, but I do remember some of them for a short time. When I dream I can run and jump again (things I can't do anymore) and I sometimes remember them. If something triggers what I about what or who I had a dream about I will remember.

Hello kengene11, i think we are similar, i never can remember my dream when i wake up from my sleep too. Sometimes i can remember my dream, but partially, i can't remember the full scene of my dream. Sometimes, i only remember about what i was doing in my dream, but i can't remember the face of people in my dream. But when i have bad dream, this dream always remains in my head. And i can remember the face of the monster of my nightmare. I think my brain do some selection which dream to remember and not to remember.

I think that I remember less than 1 percent.
Sometimes I will have a very vivid dream where I feel like I am really inside of it and then it is a bit like an adventure.
If I wake up without having finished it because of a noise or just turning over , I try hard to think myself back into it again but mostly it is lost.Sometimes in the dream I am reading a book and if those dreams are not finished it is quite a disappointment .
Dreams can be very illogical but maybe they are the easiest to remember.

Hiya kengene,
Dreams the most lucid ones can stay with you all day even if they seem the most silliest of all the dreams you could have. Most of them I just forget but I do have one or two that stand out forever but donĀ“t have a clue what they mean. Besides I have forgotten all about them too.

yeah that is very true. i learned that from Psychology classes. tat is also why sometimes when we wake up, we remember our dream to be very weird and illogical because we tend to think that it's just one dream when in fact we just remembered portions of some of our dreams and thought they were interconnected when in fact they aren't. As to your question, I dont usually remember my dream. Recently, i also stopped bothering about them because I end up wasting my whole morning just trying to figure out what I dreamt about that night lol.

I remember some of my dreams when I wake up. But sometimes I don't. Most of the time it will take me a few hours or even days before I can remember what I had dreamed about.
I normally remember them when I saw a person or things that is in that dream.
