What is the best way to learn English?

I think that the best way to learn English, is to practise English with people, especially with native speakers. Having a friend or family, who can speak with you is a good idea. Alternatively you can watch TV programs and series, is a goog help!

As far my english is concern, i was very weak in english before joining in mylot. Later i become able to develop my english by the help of fellow mylotters. Its very true n its also true that my english is not 100% correct still today. Lol
