Do u wear glasses?

I'm wearing reading glasses only. Well that is a sign of old age. I now can't read without the aid of reading glasses But other than that my eyes are fine and could see from afar. It is just impossible for me to read books or anything or do computer jobs without the aid of my reading glasses. If there is anything I want God to give back to me it is my 20-20 vision.

I wear glasses for reading,watching tv and driving. But ever since I went and got my eyes checked and got my glasses I feel a lot better about driving at night.

I have worn glasses since I was in the first or second grade. They have become a very normal and neccessary part of my everyday life. For a very brief period, I wore contact lenses; however, as much as I preferred my appearance with contacts, they became too much of a hassle at that time. I went back to wearing my glasses and have stuck with them ever since. I have to say that if I did not need glasses to see properly, the only kind of glasses I would wear would be sunglasses.

well friend, i use my glasses when i got tired, when i feel that my eyes are tired, likea glasses u use to relax your eyes.. and when im in front of the computer, generally i use also to prevent my eyes to feel tired.. but i dont use it everyday, just a moment and then i leave it.. have a ncie day

Hey! The same here. I dont have to wear glasses actually because nothing's wrong with my eyes but I wear them as a part of my fashion statement. But I seldom wear it because every time I wear it, I look like a teacher who's full of terror. lol

I'm myopia, wearing glass since 10 years, i not always wear them only when i'm front on the computer or watch TV. ^^ I'm happy because when i go to see the ophtalmologist, she say that my sight has been ameliorated of 1 point since 5 years! I was -4 and now i'm -3! ^o^

I started wearing glasses fulltime in my early 30's. Previously I had glasses but didn't wear them much. I had to get bifocals when I was 40 and I have progressives. Many of the glasses that are fashionable now are too small for progressives and I have trouble finding anything that looks good on me. I would love not to have to wear glasses. I'm too squeamish to try contacts, plus, as someone else said, too much work. If I didn't have astigmatism I would probably look into LASIK surgery, but from what I've heard it would only correct the farsightedness, not the astigmatism. I would still have to wear glasses!

i don't wear glasses and i never used to do it before..so i can see normally i nver used it in reality!! never happened to wear glasses for decoration as you...may be i the future heeh..

longsdogin oh my if I did not have to wear them I sure would no do it just for decoration. wow. I have worn glasses since I was about nine years old. after I had the measles, I lost a lot of sight so am my optic and wear glasses for nearsightedness. the modern frames are rather attractive now, when I first got glasses they were ugly little round lens in an ugly frame, now much prettier.

i have been wearing eyeglasses i would say since my teenage years and its pretty blurry without them, but i have not had to change the prescription in quite a few years so i would have to guess that my eyesight hasn't gotten any worse then it was the last time i had my eyes checked. i might wear some sunglasses for decoration i have seen some that are supposed to be clearer then regular glasses, but don't know if they are really worth it. i think they are supposed to be high definition glasses.

I wear glass since 8 years old, till now, it never leave me. My power is 700 something, so if i now wearing my glass, i become blind...haha...Luckily, now many people like to wear glasses as decoration, like what longsdogin did, so this make me feel good, because glasses had become a decoration too, not just a burden for me. I have a right excuse to buy new glasses for myself :)

I have worn glasses since I want to say about the fourth or fifth grade. I always wear glasses, never go anywhere without them. In fact, I am rather blind without them, barely able to see anything in front of my face. I thought about contacts briefly, but they just seem like too much trouble. Glasses are much easier to manage so I wear them and I am good to go.

I wear glasses only in my work place or when i read. I really don't like to wear glasses even though i need it. Because when i go out wearing glasses, i feel that my vision is limited, and i dont like to see in a frame. But my problem with my eyes really disturb me, i cant see clearly people face, so sometimes, i feel guilty when i dont say to people i know who i meet in the street, because i cant see them clearly, so i cant recognize them

Yes i waer glasses and they are so annoying But it seems like contacts are alot harder to deal with. So i would rather stick with glasses instead of contacs
