Will paypal repay the negative balance?

I transferred money form my paypal account to my bank account, my payment was reversed and my account has gone in negative. Paypal has blocked payments in India. Will paypal repay the negative balance?

No paypal will not repay. You need to contact sender of payment.

I did not received payment form anyone, I transferred my payment from paypal to my bank account.

I don't know for sure, I would think probably no. They will probably tell you that you should have checked their policies before transferring funds.
