the best way to be healthy is to have and do both. but its a lot easier to eat healthy foods than to exercise, aside from its time consuming its harder to do it more than you can imagine while eating does the opposite. i honestly dont exercise regularly..its sad that i only have plans but i never actually have time to do it.

Yeah, it could be easier to eat healthy foods that to engage our self into habit of exercise often. For me it's the opposite, I love eating that's why I rather choose to exercise even by just a simple walk early in the morning or when I'm working sometimes I used the stairs than the elevator. Well anyway, that's not really good if you only make plans and not put it into action, I think you just need to discipline yourself, manage your time and I'm sure you can make it, just my thought:-) Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Well that's for you as you're used with it. For me, I prefer to exercise than to have restriction on my eating, as I love to eat especially those foods that's branded as unhealthy like pizza, hot dog, chips and burger, that's why as much as possible I take exercise as part of my habit. So far It compensate as I'm still slim and healthy. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Well I've been trying to do both a lot more recently. When winter comes through in my area I always tend to get lazy because it's freezing in my basement where all my exercise equipment is and there's way too much snow outside for me too be able to exercise out there and enjoy it. I've also been trying to eat better but it's hard too do sometimes because a lot of food that is bad for you is delicious.

Way back then, when it comes to winter season, I often gain weight, as I'm lazy to get up and exercise or walk around because of the weather and my appetite to eat those unhealthy foods increase, but I make it up after winter. Now I'm living on tropical country, so I don't have any problem doing exercise. Well anyway, I think you just need to try harder I'm sure you can make it. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

I think to stay fit & healthy you have to have it together be conscious with your food intake & exercise daily. Its better to be lean & healthy than fat that is very prone to your health.

You need to do both in order to have a health lifestyle. If you are trying to lose weight you must watch what is going in your mouth. All the exercise in the world is not going to help if you are eating donuts and chips as your main eating staples.
I try to exercise atleast 4 times a week-I am currently likely Jillian Michaels new biggest loser DVD.

Well that's good for you doing an exercise four times a week could really keeps you healthy. Yeah, you're right it's better to watch the food that we take to avoid gaining weight. By the way, I've a friend who eat lots of foods especially those unhealthy one but she never gain weight and never engage in any exercise activity and I'm kinda envy with her. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

Both are challenging to do on a regular base. But both are necessary for good health. So I work hard to eat food that digests well and is full of nutrients. Most of the time I eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Once in a while I eat some junk because it tastes so good.
I exercise three times a week but live an active life with plenty of movement. When spring comes and the weather is better I'll start walking more which is an excellent exercise.

Yeah, those things are very challenging as when it comes to foods we can't help not to get tempted since those "unhealthy" foods were tasty.lol And I admit that I often eat a lot of junk foods and I'm a meat eater, so I compensate it with exercise and active lifestyle. Fruits and vegetables were very good for us as it's best to eat plenty of them. Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

lol were on the same track! I love eating and I can't give up foods with any other thing and besides either we eat or not we're still going to die, so it's better to enjoy life by eating.lol Am I right? Anyway thank you for sharing with us and enjoy your day!

to be healthy, both are important.eating healthy doesn't mean scratching chips and sweets for lifetime.you can still eat chips and sweets in moderation.also make a pact that if you treat yourself today, eat healthy tomorrow.exercise, even a 20-minutes walk, will make you healthy.do any activity that you love that doesn't feel like exercise.working out 3 hours at the gym everyday is not healthy.give your muscles some time to rest.

Eating healthy is easier for me than daily exercise. I have a clean food diet that I follow religiously. Exercise, on the other hand, is not something that I have implemented. I have multiple sclerosis and have not yet learned how to deal with the exercise. It will be good for me when I take this on as a daily routine.
