it's always very confusing whether to tip the waiters or not ..if yes then what's a reasonable amount...

if i am in the united states, i will only give tip to a waiter in the amount of one dollar. i think that is pretty much reasonable. but the truth is, we should not give them tip as they are already receiving their pay from the hotel.
