I like punjabi prison match and hell in the cell match. In my opinion, this type of match are the toughest match and there is literally no way to cheat.
I also like Iron match match simply because there will be a lot of drama in that.
One of the wrestler will try to get disqualified by beating up the opponent with chair or stuffs like that. Simply to gain the momentum. And soon as the opponent is unable to defend himself, he will cover him and win 1 pin fall. Likewise, there will be a lot of drama in it.

I like all the specialty matches, TLC, NO DQ's, Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chambers, etc. All the matches that you may never know the outcome or surprises that lurk inside (if you can't guess by the time it comes/happens). These types of matches I feel they have to really have to work at and give excitement and give the viewers the show for their money. The Royal Rumble was good this year by the surprise of Edge (though rumors were going around about his comeback early). I like Undertakers Casket matches also and will truly miss them when he retires.

Its hard to choose, but my two favorite types of matches are the royal rumble, and hell in a cell matches.
Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I even like those "falls count anywhere" matches, because they are so hardcore, they can use just about anything as a surface to fight on, even cars in the parking lot.
The bloodier the outcome of a match, the more I like it. I guess I just really like violence

Mine has always ever been the Royal Rumble, I love it
I enjoy the fast-paced action and general excitement of it. I love hearing the claxon sound and wondering whose entrance music will hit next. I love seeing all the creative ways the superstars manage to eliminate each other and all the mini-dramas, feuds and partnerships that develop during the Rumble
I love the unpredictability of it all, and guessing who will be the last man standing to go on to WrestleMania and add that extra boost to their career

The Royal Rumble match is my favorite gimmick match. It is truly the most exciting match in wrestling. I am always on the edge of my seat, waiting to see who is next to come out of the back. There are impressive surprises within the Royal Rumble Match. There have only been a couple of Royal Rumble matches that I have not really been a big fan of. This has been one of the more solid gimmick matches in WWE throughout all time.
An honorable mention would be the I-Quit match. There could be some good drama to see exactly how much a competitor can take, before they say those two magic words. When done right, these matches can be among the best in wrestling. The Randy Orton and John Cena I-Quit match was the best in the feud, because of the stipulations leading to drama and intrigue. The classic Terry Funk/Ric Flair match would be another example of an I-Quit match done right. It is an intense, entertaining match, that can be used to cap off a feud and lead to the ultimate humiliation for the loser. Sadly not the case of Cena/Orton, despite being a good match, as it dragged on but done right in Flair/Funk.

I also like the championship scramble matches as you never know when you are robbed off of your championship because all the superstars have to play and fight for the title until the time is over for the match. But the match I like most is the Elimination Chamber match which makes the scenario very much brutal in the closed steel structure and lifted off the ground where a superstar has to battle it out and some of them may be lucky if they get to come out as the last entrant in it. But what really exciting would be now is if a superstar is at the beginning of the match and becomes the winner of the chamber match, that would be definitely a match worth watching!!

I would have to go with the Royal Rumble. It has the most excitement and with 30 men(and sometimes even a woman) you never know what to expect.
I have to say that the older rumbles were probably more exciting thought than the ones in the previous years. i dont think they were as predictable then as they are know. None the less though its such a great gimmick and always builds up alot of suspense.
Hell in the Cell matches are also really great matches too if done correctly. Im glad they dont use them very often I think it would really kill the effect. However with the whole Hell In the Cell PPV show know Im not sure its so great as it was...

I like the championship scramble, I like any match thats not normal. I like the matches that have an extra twist to o them. Like No dq or submission matches.
