Loving the new biggest loser DVD Last chance workout

I got the new Biggest Loser DVD with Jillian Michaels and cast members last year. It is a great workout with high interval training and then some toning. I have lost about 10lbs since doing it 3 times a week from the beginning of the year.
Has anyone else done this workout? Do you like Jillian Michaels other DVDs

I've tried it too. I was surprised at how "do-able" it was. I mean she doesn't let you rest but she keeps it exciting by not doing one exercise for too long. I always feel like I'm doing some cardiovascular work as well as tone specific areas of my body. Of course, when you're first starting off, Jillian can come across as being pushy and apathetic but you grew accustomed to it and get a drive from it.

Jillian Michaels is a huge motivator. Before I started watching her on TV I used to sit on the couch watching the biggest loser while eating ice cream I may add. Complaining that I couldn't lose weight. Jillian Inspired me to start eating a healthier diet and to get myself a work out routine. I've lost 25 lbs and counting. 30 day shed Kills but gets results!

Count the calories as you eat. It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
