is it safe to link bank a/c with paypal??
if my paypal a/c would hack then....
will the hacker would be able to withdraw the funds from paypal a/c only or from both paypal and bank a/c ???
plz reply if someone knows??

Yes, it's safe. I think that all websites that deals with money have a sort of security system that protects it from getting hacked. Anyways, you get like 20 cents for connecting your bank to your paypal so that's a pretty nice bonus.

Yup. it's perfecting secure. I've done it. the good thing is that you won't have to worry everytime you put in your bank account details to transfer your funds as it is already verified and you have no limit on you either.

Linking your PayPal account to your bank account will not cause you any trouble at all! Believe me! My uncle receives his monthly salary from PayPal and it is generally deposited directly into his bank account! I do not think that any hacker can withdraw money from your account by just knowing your PayPal password! But, be sure to change it always and do not disclose it to even the closest of your friends!
