how to deal with a friends only wants it if we need help(opportunity motive)???

hi Bro i want to ask the opinion of you all,how to deal if we have a friends only wants it if we need help?
if allowed to remain friends with them or stay away,give reasons?

Just give the hand "its better to give than to receive". If we want to help some one help them by all means with out thinking for the pay back=)
