I usually drink Rooibos tea (product of K-Link). It's content many minerals, such as: Ca (calcium), Cu (cuprum), F (Flor), Fe (Ferum), Mg (Magnesium), Mn (Manganese), K (potassium), Na (sodium) and Zn (Zinc). This tea is good for our metabolism. Rooibos tea also good for you who have kidney problem because this tea doesn't contain oxalate acid. I don't know about Iaso tea. This look good tea because its detox ability.
