Are you conscious about your health?

hey friends.............. are u really very conscious about your health..well i do not i just eat anything i want never think about how oily or fat contained in it..i think live life with full freedom. what about you? yes or no?

Frankly specking I am not too much concerned about my health. I know have to take care of myself. But I haven't any interest to look after my health.....
