Sylar - a hero?
Do you think that someone like him can turn into a good guy?

Sakal...
As much as I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Heroes... I'm at a loss for words.
1. I missed one/episodes... then this happens and I'm like, what???
What the heck is going on?? Altho' I am glad that Samuel is finally being overthrown - he was starting to get onmy nerves.
BUT, SYLAR... What a metaphor for "conquering your demons".
Unfortunately, NO... No, I don't think he can turn into a good person.
Not without Matt (riding his brain), Peter (sucking up his gifts), and the Haitian (whose image would be greatly appreciated now given the recent tragic events in Haiti. He can disable Sylar while walking on the other side of the street... lol.
His (the Haitian) character actually has more redeeming qualities than Sylar.
So, play him up more...
And, let me say...
One of the MAIN REASONS I like watching "Heroes" - is b/c of the diversity.
Not just the charcters ans storylines... but the PEOPLE.
It they change it I will be mad... and it will become like every other prog on tv.
Bring back Mohander, keep Hiro/Ando, let's see more Haitian, lil Noah Grey Cabey?
Let travel to distant countries... see more scenery... encounter more cultures.
That way it never gets so old... see NYC or some other US Metropolis. Geesh!!
Okay, I'm done venting.... Thanks!!
I'll call my Sylar comment - a prediction; we'll see huh?

I have to agree with you about Sylar. They build him up for 3 seasons to the bad guy that everyone hates. If he continues to become good, they would have to invest on a new bad guy. I also agree with you that Diversity among the cast is one of the great things about heroes. Though I wish that they played a bigger part during the last season. The redemption volume was actually pretty boring for me. I hope the next one would be good.

Someone like him. I think he can , when the last scene of the season 5 , he save a people ( sorry i don't know her name ). He said to peter that it's amazing or st liek that. So i think he can be a good guy. But In this series, he out looking is really great with a bad guy :)

I would love to see Sylar be a good guy- just for a little while..
But then he (Zach Quinto) is the best Villain.. It will be interesting to see where they take it..
I watch this show just to see him.. Everything else is extra. But He is what keeps bringing me back.

Hello sakral
I think sylar would not remain as a good guy too much time. In my opinion he is just trying out being a good guy and see what happens, he seems to have some identity crisis or something. On the other hand maybe the 5 years he spend with peter may have really served him to repent. I dont have my hopes high with heroes, i just hope they are able to finish it before it get cancelled.
