why do people feel uncomfrotable when they see someone crying??

when i see someone cry, i do not feel like crying. but i feel uneasy. I will want to comfort her especially if she is my close friend. i just can't let her cry like that.

..hi.. well, I think it is because we all know that when somebody is crying, there must be some big mistakes or problems being faced because we ourselves don't cry just for nothing.. and we are very emotional that we also want to comfort somebody who is crying.. In my own experience, I have had so much of crying days.. hehe.. and somebody has always been there for me.. this is why when Is aw somebody crying, I also wanted to comfort them just as my friends do to me.. I know that when I cry, what I need is a shoulder and a friend and that's exactly what a crying person needs.. and because I am affected, I also feel like crying with the person.
