Why to ask God fro help

God made us in complete this is our responsibility to met our life expectation then why we ask GOD help. He gave us 2 hand to complete our job, 2 feet to complete our journey, 1 tongue to give voice for our feeling, brain to control and admin every part of our body in adition to that 6th sense. Do you still believe that we need GOD help.

Hi....yes we are created by God and everything we enjoyed in life is given by God.Even if we are given all this responsibility, the senses,we still need God not only in time of our suffering but also in time of happiness.God is there to give us direction in life though we do not see him.God is mighty and is over us.

How? in what way does god help you? I don't see how. If every runner in a competition prayed to god to help them win, they can't all win at the same time. Often, the results are the same whether they prayed or not, unless their minds had a different state of mind or something.

God knows what is good for you.
Even if you've done all the best in a competition, if God doesn't want you to win, you will not win. Even if he is a good person. He wants us to learn something in everything we do.
If you know the story of Job in the Old testament, that is a very good story.

We will always need God. We are at war with a very powerful creature, and God is the only one who can get us through it. If you haven't found Him in your life yet, then you should search within yourself, ask others for help, because you truly are changed when you accept Him in your life.

Yes of course. Without God, we are nothing. We need Him like a child who needs His mother and father. I know we really need to work hard to be able for us to live in this world. But that is not enough, we also need to PRAY.
We should be HUMBLE in the first place. Not only when we need His help, but to give praise and thanksgiving for everything we have. Ask forgiveness for the sins we've done.
If you are the kind of person who works hard to serve your company without any complaints; working hard because your family and other people needs you; striving hard without asking anything in return; I think God will really bless you even if you will not ask for any blessing. God knows us.

thats a common argument that atheists think. I don't know though. its streange, isn't it. but then, god just wants us to glorify him. and that is why. even if he doensn't help I don't kow
you look at the people that pray to god they say that he changed their lives but I think that it is them tehmselves that changed their lives.

God wants us to ask ....
Mt 7:7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
Joh 15:7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.
and there is more.
For one thing it is to increase our faith in God:
Heb 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
There's also quite a few more things, like intercessory prayer.

Of course because God is our father who see things ahead of us & gave us more blessings. It doesn't mean when you asked God for help He will literally do it for you.He had given us all the senses & freewill to decide w/c is right or wrong or which path we should choose.He knows everything about us inside out, past & future.We have to do our part as human being and when we asked God for help, he will provide us guidance.
