What type of exercises do you perform daily to remain fit?

I do push ups, rope jumping, dumbbell exercises, jogging daily to remain fit. What type of exercises do you perform to remain fit?

Apart from the daily chores which themselves are good enough to keep one fit, I do push ups, morning walks, and pranayams.

I have heard about pranayams but not performed. What are the benefits of pranayams?

Given my hectic work schedule, I don't have the luxury to go to a gym for a good workout. However, at home, I do 50 push-ups and 80 sit-ups daily. Also, I make it a practice to go swimming and jogging on weekends. Coupled with a balanced diet, I think I am in the pink of health!
