You have to use the services of e-currency exchanges to exchange your money from one peocessor to another. You have to pay fee for that also.

i am not sure if it is possible to transfer money from one account to another. i am not sure though. i have never tried it before.

Yes one time i saw here about Liberty to Paypal exchanging.Now I need Paypal but my money is in Webmoney.

You can't exchange money from a e-currency to another e-currency, the only way is to do exchanges beetween friends or family that you can trust.
