What makes a woman unattractive to a man and what makes a man

The thing that makes a man unattractive to me is a wife-beater, there is no need for it! I dont go for looks (although my fiancee is gorgeous), I go for personality and there is nothing more unattractive than a person with a nasty personality!!!

I don't like it when my husband wears a dress pant with a t-shirt. I think it'll look better with jeans, if not change the shirt. My husband likes me in joggers and sporty clothes which I don't mind but he doesn't like it if I have an ugly blouse or colorful non-matching accessory. In personality, he doesn't like talkativeness which ignores logic, me logic which ignores feelings. So these unattractive factors at first were present for us, they helped us to laugh and become better later.

This is a really subjective topic like what you have said. There are a number of reasons for every person. So Ill just respond in the way that I can.LOL What makes a man unattractive to me.. I dont have much of a preference with looks. The only thing that I ask is that he be taller than me.^_^ As to the attitude and personality, I really dont like potty mouth's. I can stand hearing curses as long as they're not overused or are said in an appropriate situation. Respect also comes with that. Personal hygiene is important to me so a man with non-existent personal hygiene is unattractive. Hmm, that's all I can think of right now. This surely has been a challenge thinking of things that I think is unattractive. I really dont look at that. When one accepts the other, the things that makes one looks unattractive just disappears. That's just what I think anyways.^_^

Hey friend. I think false pride, arrogance, rude bahaviour, immorality etc. make both a man woman unattractive to all even after how good-looking he/she is. I'm a woman..a man who is too full of himself is very unattractive to me. A man who talks constantly, just about himself, and rarely asks me about what I'm up to, really turns me off. A man who imposes himself on me, who seems to think he can dictate to me where we go, what we do, etc., is a jerk. A man who thinks his needs are the most important thing in the world, is most unattractive. I could go on, but I won't.

There´s no one thing which makes a person attractive or unattractive to me. Personality has got to be the biggest factor though, so if I don´t like the way someone behaves on first meeting it´s unlikely that I´ll ever find them attractive, no matter what they look like.

Character or attitudes. To me, even how handsome the man is or how beautiful the woman is, if their character is bad, they are unattractive to most people. Looks is captivating for sure in the first glance but once the bad character is exposed, everything is lost. Beauty doesn't attract anymore.

A man with poor hygiene and a bad attitude especially a self absorbed one is very unattractive. I particularly dislike a mean spirit as well as pettiness and immaturity. I don’t place physical appearance at the top of my list because anyone with the above negative qualities can be very good looking but to me there would be no attraction whatsoever.

Hi balasri, it is certain personality traits that make a woman or man unattractive and I feel that physical features have nothing to do with it.I have seen scores of couple where one of the partner is very average looking or sometimes looking unattractive to an average looker, but is considered very attractive by the spouse simply because of their level of compatibility and comfort level with each other...All the best and have a great Sunday

Tattoos and piercings of any kind. Automatic turn off to me. Neon, or un-natural hair colors. If you show up with purple hair, I'll find someone else to talk to. Being a jerk, or prissy. Any attitude of self-importance, or arrogance, is a automatic disqualification. Acting un-intelligent. If you start speaking using the words as if you were 10-years-old "like wow, like I was, like at the store, and like said something like way cool!" I'll find something else to do with my time, than talking with you. Finally, a disrespect for God. If you go around cursing or acting like God does not exist, then I may talk to you, but I will not be interested any further.

When is a man unattractive to me? There are many reasons indeed in my case. But the two most important are drinking and violent habits. A drunk man makes me sick and I cannot stand violence of any kind, even in speaking. Maybe I'm too sensitive!

I am a female and the first thing I notice about a man is his fingernails. If they are dirty, I am real turned off. If the nails are long and unkept, that's a big turn off too. Doesn't take much to scrub them and keep them trim. I also notice teeth. Only really bothers me if they are missing are very decayed in front.

A nagging woman can be off putting to any men. Most men can't stand women who nags and also those who are demanding. Men wants to have their own space. I can't stand and overly jealous man.

I don't really look at the physical appearance of a person. I look at the inner beauty rather than the physical. Of course that is despite the fact that I have been blessed by a good looking husband. I am a man, so I will speak about the women. I think that a woman must be feminine. I don't like women who are ill-mannered and behave like men. I recently had an awful experience when I was on the party in a local pub. I was on a balcony and there was a girl standing next to me. Suddenly, she spitted down from the balcony, down to the dancefloor, where people were dancing. I felt so disgusted of seeing that. I think that women must behave properly, in order to be loved by men. But I also don't think that men have right to behave like a pig.

Hmmm. If a man is disrespectful, or one of those who looks at women like they are prizes or things, then definitely that's a total turn-off. There's actually a lot of things that can make a man unattractive, but I guess the number one reason is their attitude. I mean, women don't like men who are egoistic, and power grabber, and those that only cares for himself, and only wants women for the fun of it and not for what they feel.

I am definately with you on that it don't matter how handsme looking a man is ,you talk and know hime for several days ,the face ,the voice is not important ,but the attitude ,the love in his heart,the worm in his heart ,it will change your thought about him
