I have a list of supersticions that actually drive me crazy! I wish i never heard of them.
Walking under a ladder
The umbrella opened indoors
Never put a hat on top of a table
Never put shoes on top of a table
Leave to go out your front door with your Right foot first
Dont come back in the house immediatly after leaving..
Never live in the same place twice
I could just go on an on..
Does having this problem bother you? How do you cope?

I heard a lot of superstitions from my grandmother when I was young and when I grew older, absolutely nothing about it was true. I haven't proven that what we wanted to happen in our lives has nothing to do with things like superstitions. If people believe in them, its up to them on how they will be able to handle theo\ir situations. I just know that there are things way better than superstitions and that is faith.

well if you count a firm belief in karma than I guess I'm one of those superstitious types, but I'm telling you I think this karma stuff might be the real deal....

I am not supersticious at all. My whole family is not but my in-laws are. I do not see the reason to being supersticious when it boils down to sayings that does not even add up. I love hearing stories about it though but do not exercise it because I do not believe on them.

I am not a really superstitious person. Sorry. I do know all those weird superstitions from a long time ago. I hope you can learn to overcome your fears and superstitions. Don't let those kind of things cloud up your life and stop you from enjoying the things you should.

i'm actually not superstitious at all and i kind of envy people who are because to me, it seems so interesting. i like to know why people think and do what they do and because i can't understand it, it makes me crave it that much more.
if you don't mind my asking... why are you superstitious? and when did it all come about?
