Never done this. Doesn't need unless of course provoked by circumstances. But any of you have done that? If so what are the reasons to get a colleague axed in the office... And what are the odds that the bosses will actually do something about it.

No not via sabbatage or anything like that. I have turned in people for misconduct in their position for suspect stealing typically or if asked about others work habbits or lack of working while on the clock.

yep done that, i milk cows. this girl was dean slow and stop, big time. everyone had to pick up the pace to make up for her, even when you mentioned her to others they all said the same thing about her. so the farm manager had us push her out as such, it made way for more work for us and we could get it done better and quicker.

nope! I haven't met someone that needs to lose her/his job because of her'his work ethics.lolz Although, I admit that I met a few annoying co-worker but not to the extent that I totally hate them and have the desire to sent them to the manager's office.

Not yet. There are a few people that really annoy me, but not to the point of getting them to lose their jobs. As for the boss, well I think they are well tuned to people who have personal grudges against their co-workers, and to those that don't pull their weight in the workplace; so you don't need to get them fired for that. If there are problems in the office it is usually picked up by the bosses anyway, they are observant creatures, they know everything!
