My star has downgraded again for no reason ..why? : ((

My star went from 9 to an 8 the other day because somebody reported me becuase of something I said. Now I just looked and it went to '7' all of a sudden! Why? I wasn't even notified? You can't even contact mylot admin. When you click contact us it takes you to a page with a drop down of questions you need to select, and they give you an answer/troubleshooting. They won't get a message from you. Can anybody give me some light please? :(

I believe when someone rates you as negative on a post your stars go down as well. It may say for sure in the FAQ section to help better answer your question since I am so vague at answering it.

Thank you very much for clearing that up. I was positive but not 100% sure so left that answer I gave open for someone to help me clear it up.
