Do you have a strategy in Earning thru PTC?

hi everyone, this is like a follow up with the discussion I posted about PTC.
to compare to you all I'm still new in PTC.
And I have read in the discussion that you need not to participate in too many sites
you have to have strategy and referral.
Can you buy referral and where could I possible get if ever?
Well would you mind sharing your strategy to m in earning online thru PTC.
I will appreciate it the most.

hi dorothy--first go for the legit sites and then get familiar with those and then you can start renting referrals which makes big money and costs you big money too if you have invested in a wrong site.Upgrading should be considered only in those sites which are atleast six months old.great day.
