Intelligence or hard work?

Hi Care, i will still go for hardwork. no matter how intelligent you are it's how you take on responsibilty and make a good result out of it. i know of average people and not even finish schooling but are successful. they worked hard to succeed. but if you are intelligent and you are hardworking --you will definitely make it to the top!

When u got Intellligence you Dont Need Hardwork as you will be working Smartly.Also yes Luck ,you need them a lot to Succeed what do you think.

to be successful in any area of your life,a positive attitude is important.luck is usually attracted to people who think positively.when you think positively,you will not give up.you will endure the hardships to attain whatever it is you want to achieve.you will work hard to achieve what it is that you want.when you think positively,it's like you are saying,"I deserve to be successful in _________ ".

I support for hard work. I get success by hardworking which sometimes needed instantly. Someone always think about the work and the way how to do the work.

I think it has something to do with the person's attitude that will make him succesful in life. I just think that there are some people who are not very intelligent and who are not very smart but they have the attitude to work for what they wanted to achieve. Attitude goes with intelligence because for me, if you have the right attitude towards success then you would do your best to learn about what you do and improve, making you intelligent. With the right kind of attitude, you will always work hard for what you really want. And as for luck, I really dont believe there's such a thing. We make our own destiny. We make ourselves become succesful and it will always go down on how we will do it.

I think it's hard work, because if you work hard luck is always be with you so hard work is most important thing in the way of success.

careguarden to me success comes with hard work, intelligence, and luck all three combined equally and constantly. You have to have smarts in order to work effectively otherwise you would be like butting your head against a stone wall, you would go no place. Luck always plays a role, even though its just a small bit of luck. You need be in the right place, at the right time with the right set of brains too.

Hey careguarden! There are lots of factors that make people successful! And to be honest I don't know exactly what they are! I am intelligent, hard working and I still had a hard time when I was working! I believe that there sometimes is alot more to it! It is sometimes who you know, who you have as your friend, and if you are just plain lucky! Life, as we know isn't always fair and we are not always all dealt a fair hand! I busted my azz for over 30 years at every job that I had, but I still came up with the short end of the straw for all different reasons and none of them had to do with my work performance or work ethics and I for one can tell you some really disgusting stories!

thats very difficult as i find these three as both important for a successful person. coz even if one is intelligent but his not hard working then nothing will happen to him. but anyway, i guess best is luck coz we can never tell our future. like those who try their luck in "lotto" what if one day they will hit the jackpot so they will become instant millionaire. but then intelligent and hard work must work together to become successful.

Well Focus, smartwork and perseverance are the essential for success.
